Feb. 1 Claire Petersky, Executive Director of Eastside Friends of Seniors (formerly Faith in Action). Eastside Friends of Seniors is a dedicated team of trained volunteers and professional staff providing vital support and assistance to seniors facing the challenges of aging who live in communities east of Lake Washington.
Feb. 8 Business Meeting
Feb.15 Lieutenant Colonel Todd Emoto of 1st Group Special Forces will provide his VIP briefing from a recent assignment in Vietnam where he led a task force missioned to recover US Soldier remains and return them home.
Feb. 22 District Governor-elect, Greg Holland  (pending bio/discussion topic)
Feb. 29 Michael and Karlie Foote, personal trainers and nutrition enthusiasts with Crossfit affiliations, will conduct a presentation on nutrition and fitness focused on youth needs for health and development.

Meals:

safe and secure orderingOur club lunch buffets are catered by Lisa Milne from SweetCakes Bakery and Catering.  The cost is $11, paid via credit card, check or cash.
