Remembering Barbara Justice
By: Barbara de Michelle ~ 6/30/2022

BLOGPOST_BarbJustice06302022.JPGWith sadness, the Kiwanis Club of Issaquah notes the passing of Barbara Justice, for many years one of our Club's most active and impactful members.

Barbara participated in the annual Salmon Bake, worked with Key Club members to sew and distribute "operation dolls" for local hospitals, and ran an after-school reading and homework club for local children. Barbara also actively participated in the Klahanie Homeowners Association and the Issaquah Valley Trolley project for Issaquah History Museums. Barbara contributed thousands of hours to the latter project, earning her conductor's license so she could drive the trolley on weekends.

In recent years, Barbara has been a resident of Spiritwood, where she passed away peacefully in March of this year. You can read a detailed obituary at https://www.flintofts.com/obituaries/Barbara-Joan-Sixt-Justice?obId=24839038
